Help with the Kutrion Vault browser extension
Getting started
The extension requires access to a Kutrion server. Open the extension, set your server URL, and sign in. On a login page, choose a matching credential to fill it; submit a new login and the extension offers to save it to a vault.
Common questions
- Nothing fills. Make sure you are signed in and that a credential's saved site matches the page's host or a subdomain of it.
- It locked itself. The extension locks after a period of inactivity, which you set in its settings; unlock from the extension popup. Offline, unlock is your account password rather than a biometric.
- I don't have a server. You do not need one. Sign in with your account on the hosted Kutrion service and use this site's address as the server URL. If your team runs its own Kutrion instance, use that instance's address instead.
